Check out this delicious dish called Sauerbraten – One of Germany’s national dishes, this authentic German Sauerbraten beef roast is marinated with red wine vinegar, caramelized vegetables and spices, then braised until tender, and served with a wonderfully rich and flavorful sweet-tangy gravy.
