Event Description:
Programs on the Porch is back with its music edition, featuring live local musicians as they entertain us with a variety of genres! Various performances will be showcased every Friday night from May 20 through June 17 from the porch of the historic Bowers Mansion.
May 17: Carson Street Ragtime Band (Swing/Ragtime music from the 20's, 30's & more)
May 24: Snakes & Other Herps (UNR Biology Dept.)
May 31: Winters Family History (presentation by the NV Historical Society)
June 7: History of Wild Horses in NV (American Wild Horse Conservation)
June 14: U&I Band
June 21: Major General John C. Fremont (live historical character reenactment by Chautauquan Steve Hale)
