Winter Springs Sound Journey
Event Description:
Step into a restorative winter experience with our Winter Springs Sound Journey, hosted by Michaela Meliss Southard, our resident Vibrational Sound Therapist. This immersive sound bath blends crystal bowls, singing, drums, and flute to guide you into deep relaxation, helping you release tension, reset your nervous system, and rejuvenate your mind and body as we move into the new year of the horse.
Yoga mats are provided, and guests are invited to bring pillows and blankets to create an extra cozy, personal space for maximum comfort.
