Event Description:
Experience deep relaxation and connection at the Earth Day Sound Bath at Steamboat Hot Springs.
Join Michaela Meliss Southard, our resident Vibrational Sound Therapist, for an outdoor sound healing session that invites you to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Session Options:
5:30 PM
7:00 PM
Each 60-minute session will guide you into relaxation with soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, flutes, drums, and other instruments.
Optional Mineral Bath Soaking:
Add to your experience by reserving a mineral bath soak before or after your session. Call ahead to secure your spot.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort.
