Open Bluegrass Jam
Event Description:
Open Bluegrass Jam - 4th Thursday of every month. In this new OPEN BG Jam, you should have a good supply of MEMORIZED Bluegrass singin’ songs and instrumental tunes, and/or be able to follow the changes. This is a STANDARD Bluegrass Jam, not a learning or guided jam so Bluegrass Etiquette — aka “The Ten Jammandments”— will be followed.
If you’re looking for more of a beginning level jam, try the Acoustic Americana Jam, 4 to 6pm (right before this jam) on the 4th Thursdays.
You can take the traditional breaks or pass, either way this is a NO JUDGMENT arena. We’re here to have fun!
Even if you’re not a player just come and partake of the friendly camaraderie and inspiration. Certainly a high point of what goes on around here!
