The Jungle

The Jungle, formerly Java Jungle, has long been a popular hangout of Reno's arts scene. The coffee shop along the Truckee River in the Riverwalk District has undergone a renovation in recent years. On one side is The Jungle's cafe, decorated with local paintings and mosaic floor tiles with an adjacent outdoor seating area. On the other is the barroom, a colorful and vibrant lounge with comfortable seating, fine wine, draft beers and specialty cocktails. Come in for a sandwich, a smoothie or a macchiato and stay for The Jungle's local-artist entertainment, from open mic nights every Monday to live music every weekend to Wednesday evening wine tastings. The culture of Reno's Riverwalk culminates right here at The Jungle.
