Opened in 1980 by Viennese pastry chef Josef Pasa, this bakery has grown to become one of Reno's premier bakeries with its own full-service cafe. The bakery is famous for its fine pasties, morning buns, cookies, pies, breads and more. They also make wedding, specialty party cakes and petit fours and have gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free and dairy-free options for those with food allergies. The cafe serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Coffee and tea, French toast and waffles, crepes, Benedicts, omelettes and more are favorites in the morning, while soups, salads, deli sandwiches, chicken Schnitzel, German bratwurst, chicken pot pie, crepes and much more are favorites for lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.
