10 TORR Distilling and Brewing is located in a 1940s-era grocery store that has been remodeled with some of building's original materials. You can taste the goods in the tap room (sitting on stools made from materials salvaged from the demolition) or outside patio where your (well-behaved) dog is welcome. The beer is clarified in a centrifuge to prevent the need for chemicals to enhance the flavors. Independently grown hops and local honey are used. Gin and vodka are made with vacuum (also known as cold) distillation that retains the true flavors of the spirits. Check the schedule for trivia and jazz nights, outdoor games, or book a tour of the site.
