Community Conversation: How to Fight Truth Decay
Event Description:
The News Literate Community Initiative (NLCI) will hold a panel discussion moderated by journalists and news professionals for a community conversation, "How to Fight Truth Decay".
The evening will include exhibitors, raffles and a 50/50 drawing.
The NLCI is non profit organization whose mission is to fight TRUTH DECAY by providing adults with practical tips, tools and techniques to distinguish fact from fiction in news of all kinds. By helping people identify what is true, we hope to build a shared set of facts, encourage meaningful dialogue on important issues and strengthen both our community and our democracy.
