Northern Nevada International Dragon Boat Festival
Major League Dragon Boat continues to blaze trails west in Northern Nevada! Join us in the City of Sparks! With eighty acres of water accommodate swimming, boating, fishing, and scuba diving, Sparks Marina provides the perfect conditions for stellar dragon boat racing. Spectators are welcome to explore the free family-friendly festivities with live music, food, drinks, vendors, and more.
The event pays homage to Chinese dragon boat races dating back 2,500 years and proceeds benefit Immunize Nevada. Depending on the event and division, competitors will have the opportunity to race in 200 meters, 500 meters, and 2k races.
Join the party in the beer garden! Positioned along the racecourse right at the finish line, it's the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch the races with a cold beer. Beer will be flowing from 11:00 AM until close, courtesy of The Tap Wagon!
