2023 Family Health Festival
The last Family Health Festival of 2023 will be taking place at O’Brien Middle School. We will have many free health services including free dental screenings, wellness checks, sports physicals, vaccines, mammograms and more!
Partners & Volunteer Info:
We are grateful to collaborate with so many amazing partners to provide direct services to our community! If your organization would like FREE access to a reserved space, 1 reserved table, 2 reserved chairs, and presence on the event maps and evaluation tools, please fill out the Family Health Festival Registration Form by September 22nd. Our goal is to provide as many direct on-site services as possible. Again, there is no cost to vendor at this event. Registered vendor partners will receive further event information prior to the event.
