Sparks Marina is proof that you don’t have to leave the Truckee Meadows in order to have fun in the water. This is a city facility that offers access to a lake that covers 77 acres and is suitable for all sorts of fun activities such as fishing, boating (no large motors), sailing, swimming, windsurfing and even scuba diving. On land you’ll find beaches and walking paths, volleyball, a dog park, playgrounds and a picnic area.
