Los Tigres Del Norte
Los Tigres del Norte are bringing their renowned norteño music to the Grand Theatre for a night of lively Mexican folk music and ballads.
Since the start of their career in the early 1970s, the Mexican-American brothers have achieved widespread acclaim, having recorded more than 55 albums and 700 songs, selling more than 30 million albums, participating in 16 films, and being nominated for 15 Grammy awards. The group broke barriers in Latin music by being the first Mexican group to sing in Spanish at the American Music Awards. They also founded the Los Tigres del Norte Foundation, based out of the University of California in Los Angeles, which celebrates and nurtures Mexican heritage and culture in the United States.
