Event Description:
A classic plein air drawing and watercolor workshop! For this class, Grace will guide participants around Oxbow Park, introducing old and new ways of seeing. We will draw nature from life, combining realism and abstraction, playing with light and shadows. Grace hopes that during this nature drawing class, participants discover something new either about the landscape, the materials, or themselves.
Participants will meet at Atelier in Reno and walk together to Oxbow Park. Please dress for walking outdoors. You are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks, as well as any other art materials you would like to incorporate into your artwork.
