Animal Ark Wild Winter Weekends
Don't let winter's chilly temps keep you inside! Put on your winter coat and boots and join us at the Animal Ark on the holiday weekends: Martin Luther King Jr. weekend Sat-Sun Jan. 13-14 and Presidents' weekend Sat-Sun Feb 17-18. Open hours are 11:00am - 3:00 p.m. Reno's icy weather is perfect for viewing lynx, bobcats, cougars, wolves and other wild residents playing in our beautiful snow-scape.
The Animal Ark's winter wonderland is at 6,000 feet of altitude, so dress for outdoor fun in winter conditions. We encourage you to call prior to your departure, as we will update our recording to reflect any changes due to weather or facility conditions.
