Event Description:

A four-course menu paired with handcrafted brews from Great Basin Brewing Co. in Carson City, NV. Dinner will be single seating that starts promptly at 6 p.m.

You're invited to our latest and greatest Beer Dinner exclusively at Great Basin - Carson City. This dinner is highlighted by our newest beer Sun Smack'd - Blood Orange Blonde Ale. The perfect taste of sunshine that will be available year-round in just a few short weeks!

Winter Citrus Salad: Frisee, Arugula, Blood Orange, Pomelo, Pepitas, Shaved Chayote Squash, Cranberries, Honey Cider Dressing

BEER: Sun Smack’d- Blonde Ale – 5.0% abv with fresh Blood Orange puree

Duck Leg Confit: Parsnip Puree, Smoked Fig Jam, Icky Garlic Bread, Pea Shoots

BEER: Mic-Czech Pilsner – 4.8% abv Bohemian-style Pilsner

Venison Steak Frites: Creamy Mustard Pale Ale Beer Sauce, Crispy Rosemary Fries, Arugula Fennel Salad

BEER: Baltic Express – 8.4% abv Baltic-style Porter

Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler: Tahoe Creamery Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Outlaw Porter Reduction
